The Role

Imperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees who are looking to recruit an Employee Experience Technical Officer to join the team in Bristol.

The Employee Experience Insights Analyst will be responsible for enabling the effective technical implementation of our global employee experience and listening strategy, approach and measurement framework that is aligned to enable our business strategy, culture and values at Imperial Brands.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Subject matter expert on topics of survey design/development, program measurement, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage a variety of employee life-cycle touch points and own the administration and support of the current employee survey platform
  • Lead the technical implementation of the enterprise-wide employee experience survey and partner with the Employee Experience Team to build the employee listening strategy
  • Create results dashboards in partnership with stakeholders and the Employee Experience Insights Manager
  • Work hand in hand with our Qualtrics platform partner, our internal global IT / digital partners as well as our P&C Workforce & Analytics team to run and maintain an integrated employee experience platform with data and insights
  • Partner with employee data privacy and legal teams to ensure appropriate access to and use of employee survey data in support of employee trust and conformance with confidentiality expectations

Skills and Experience Required

 

  • Systems knowledge to design and deliver end-to-end employee experience surveys and collect data to conduct analysis
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and reporting the results of surveys
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of research methods and best practices for conducting surveys
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
